Infirmary Question

I need to get a copy of my doctor visit to submit a claim and have misplaced mine. They will not accept the final bill that just states Medical Visit - $80.00. Does anyone know who I contact?

I called 1-800 carnival and the wait is over 30 minutes due to the high call volume for the Swine Flu and re-routing.
