When can they board Victory?

My friend is leaving out of San Juan on Carnival Victory sailing to the Southern Caribbean, but I don't want to talk about my jealousy right now. The ship sails at 10PM, and she was wondering how early they could board the ship that day. Does anyone know when passengers can board for a cruise that departs so late?

never got back off (not until St.Thomas, next morning!)
