Formal nights to and from Seward

We are doing a BTB Vancouver to Seward.I did a search on when the formal nights are and got nothing.I would like to know because we would like to schedule ourselves in the Specialty Restaurant on two of the 4 formal nights.We are celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary.Thnks for any info.
