Cab from Tampa air port to termial

My sister and her friend are flying into Tampa on June 21st for their Carnival Legend cruise. Will the cab driver know which pier to take them to or do they need to know the pier nubmer themselves? Also what is a ball park figure for a cab from the air port to the crusie terminal? Thanks in advance for your help.

Our cab was almost $25 before tip and yes the cab driver will know where to drop them off in Tampa.

The Seaport Street Terminal 651 Channelside Drive

Terminal #2 Tampa, Florida

there are signs for the various Terminals.

 

It's about 15 or 20 minute drive on Rt 60, I'm sure no more than $30 cab.
