Cruising with Kids-Spring break or not?

I have three kids, 4 year old girl, 10 year old boy and a 14 year old girl. I am looking at a 4 day Baja cruise starting Mar 21st on Paradise. Will that be packed with kids and teens? I am concerned about the higher price and the chances of my teen finding mischief with other teens. Will Carnival youth staff watch my teen, or is she free to roam? Do they have pagers on board? Thanks!

Of course there will be alot of kids at Spring Break.... Mischief? There should be concern with that at any time of the year... doesn't only take a large group of kids, but it depends on how much you trust your kid. If your teen participates in Camp Carnival, I am sure you can request he/she not be able to check themself out and I think the pagers are for the young kids, but I'm sure you can get one if you are concerned (others may be able to help you more)... are you talking 13 or 18?
