We are booked on the Gem for ther 9/6/9 med cruise out of Barcelona and have a balcony on the 10th deck. We are on the port side and think we would be best to change to the starboard side. This would allow us to see the lans sites as we sail-right.

There will be views from both sides of the ship--and unless you plan on staying in your cabin/balcony for the entire time, I doubt it will matter that much! There are so many open decks where you will have 360 degree views, you can certainly see what you want, when you want!
