Best snorkeling spot?

Any suggestions for a good beach to snorkel in Barbados? The calmer the better, too. Or would we be better off snorkeling off a boat? Also, any "must see" spots in Barbados? I'm very much looking forward to visiting there (too bad we only have a day).

Our family went to Folkstone Marine park. My wife saw an octopus and an eel. We both saw ~30 types of fish. The beach is small but they have fresh water showers, changing rooms, and only a few non-obtrusive vendors. No admission, taxi should be $15 each way at most. They will offer you $80 roundtrip, dont accept that.
