Transfers and flights provide by HAL

I will be aboard the Volendam towards Kobe next fall 2009. My transferts are insured (paid) by Holland America. I wonder if someone would have an idea of the transfer time from the port to the airport. and what kind of (bus, tram, train...?)

Your opinion is it that my flight will be from Kansaî to Tokyo or to Vancouver and then it will be a direct flight?

Any idea wich airline do HAL choose for this kind of flight ?

 

I have a return flight to Montreal (final destination), do you know if they take Air Canada ? I ask to ship and they told me HAL use «major airlines» I don't think AC is a «major airline» ..:(
