access america insurance?

I am trying to find opinions and info about this insurance but nothing came up when I searched. If anyone has experience with them I would appreciate some feedback.

I used this insurance company when i was planning a cruise to south america. After paying for the cruise in full, i was told two weeks later that our divison was being laid off. I got all my money back from ncl except for the deposit and airlines cost. Access america refunded all the ncl did not cover. I just needed a letter from my employer stating the lay off was not my fault. I am so happy i had the insurance.

When I was an agent, Access America was all we sold. I still use it personally when I go on trips now. It's actually owned by American Express and we always had great results with them.

I've used Access America for four or five years and have it on my new cruise. I had one claim a year ago, which was paid without a problem.

Anybody know offhand whether what they provide is primary or secondary coverage.
