Butterfly garden and sky ride

We are going to be in St. Thomas with 3 kids (ages 4,5,7). We do not want to do a beach day. \

Has anyone done the butterfly garden or the sky ride and which would you do with little kids (which would they like best).

Is there time to do both?

Are they worth the $?

If you go to Paradise Point, you need to time it so that you can see one of the two daily bird shows. The kids would love that, but without the bird show, the kids might be a little bored. They'd probably love the SKY JUMP, though, that's at the top, but that requires an additional fee.

The Butterfly Farm is fascinating, but the lecture is kind of technical, and they can't run after the butterflies, so they might be bored.

They might enjoy making sand casted gifts at Marriott's Frenchman's Reef. Google Magic Milk for the video, etc.
