Princess Tours - St. Petersburg - tipping?

For those who have taken the 2 day "Grand St. Petersburg" tour. Do you have the same guide and driver each day or should we tip at the end of the tour each day?

We took the two-day DenRus tour and had the same guide both days.

We took the 2 day Princess tour last June and we had the same driver and guide both days. We gave the tips on the last day.

We took the 2 day tour in July 2007 and had the same driver and guide for both days. Everyone tipped at the end of the 2nd day. Anna, our guide, was excellent. Tips were given in either dollars or euros (depending on what people had with them). She was happy to accept either currency.
