Destiny's cabins

We had a cabin in January on the Valor that was just off the elevators at mid-ship. I thought the location would be wonderful. It was, until late night when they had Karaoke or some other "bad singers game" going on down in the lobby. We heard every note and every word of every song for over an hour on a night we were especially tired and wanted to sleep. I'm not talking about 10:00 or 11:00 pm. This was going on from 1:00 am to past 2:00 am. on 2 different nights. I could have screamed.

So I would be careful about choosing a cabin based on location only.

We loved the Suite cabin but will choose one further down the hall next time.

i think op's cabin is further down the hall than yours was, perhaps.

their cabin is near the bank of elevators in the center of the ship (there's one bank more forward, which is at the atrium, one mid ship, and one more aft). it's about the furthest suite you can get from the atrium, 13 suites back from the atrium.
