Hi all, We jsut got in for the evening. We are wiped.Jamica was nice. It is a very poor country. We did not do any excursions today, just walked around. Just a note for all you shoppers. The island Village is the first stop off the ship. However, it is also the most expensive. Take a look at the Taj Mahal first, wspecially if you are looking for shirts and dresses for Caribbean night. they can be less than half the price!
So tonight was caribbean Night. The first fromal night ( which is also the Captains night) was Tuesday, which was a sea day.The second formal night is thursday. We are in the Top Hat and Tails dining room. All three seem to bre very much the same. As I have said before the food is incredable. We have not had one thing in the dining room yet that has not ben fabulous. I had the Blue Mountain Creme Brulee tonight that was incredable. tere are six of us in our party and we all feel the same.
We are in cabin 2592.It is very central to everything. It has a king size bed and a couch and plenty of room.
Well that all for tonight. Send in the questions and I will do my best to answer. I will also try to check ouat that cabin for you.
Time for bedlunch!!!!
Kim

Hi ,
Teh TajMahal is only about a three to five minute walk. Everythin is close to port.
Today we were in Georgetown. This is a tender port. We did the Butterfly farm and Nautlis tour. Both were amazing. Even my husband and father-in-law, who were very skeptical, enjoyed it immensally. We came back to the ship and had dinnier at Johnny Rockets. Well wor.th the surcharge. The tenders are very slow to load up and get off. Just another little tip, the upstairs always gets off first.
Other than that we did not do much in the way of shopping here. Apparently tomorrow in cozumel is where the shopping is to be done. I will let you know.

It is docked at different sides at any given time. I really don't know if there is any one better than the other.

Hi,
At sea today. In Cozumel yesterday. Lots of shopping in Cozumel. Anyone hoping to get jewelery, this is the port. There are many Diamonds ;International, Tanzanite International,Etc here. You have to take a cab to the main shopping area for about 2.50 per person.
Dinner in the dining room last night was lobster night. You could get as many lobster tails as you wanted. It was served with shrimp. Being from the east coast, I am spoiled when it comes to lobster, so I had the prime rib. All is delicious.
Today is packing day. Kind of sad really.
We have been eating breakfast in the windjammer most days. Has it once in the dining room. Same stuff really. We have not had lunch in the dining room, but we have not been on the ship for lunch but only one day, and we had it in the windjammer.
Oh well, off for lunc. We have to turn the cyberkit back in befor dinner, so I will sign off for now. I will check back around 5 to see if there are any more questions. I wll also check back in when we get back on land Sunday evening.

Kim
