Venice casino dress code

I read where the gents must wear a jacket in the casino in Venice. It also said jackets were available "for hire." Does anyone know how much they charge? We are trying to keep the amount of luggage down to 1 checked piece and 2 carry ons.

When we went to the Casino in Venice, my DH didn't have a jacket and they "loaned" him one free of charge...he just had to leave his drivers licence with them.
