franklin1 Posted July 17, 2009 #1 Share Posted July 17, 2009 We're sailing with Princess and my question is what's the number of the pier where they dock:rolleyes:? Any suggestions regarding a reasonably priced motel close to the pier? Thanks for your help. Nancy
VibeGuy Posted July 17, 2009 #2 Share Posted July 17, 2009 If you search the forum, you'll find a number of answers about Pier 91; the short version is that the closest properties would be the Marriott Waterfront, the Edgewater, the Homewood Suites on Elliott (not the one on Pike) and a Hampton Inn near Seattle Center. cruisingready2 Posted July 17, 2009 #6 Share Posted July 17, 2009 Pier 91 is really a nice pier. We had no problems going or coming there. Not sure on hotels there tho as when we cruise from Seattle we leave from the middle of the state.

SHIPMEOUT Posted July 18, 2009 #8 Share Posted July 18, 2009 We found Pier 91 to be not too bad last week. I guess they've worked out some of the kinks regarding traffic since the pier opened. We were at the Mariners game last Sunday - they beat Texas. Enjoyed the game, saw the roof open and close a couple of times, and got in on some good deals in the team store. Food was great - had garlic fries and later a big fruit shishkabab covered in dark chocolate. Mmmmm Cindy
