You would probably need to call them and ask that question. My guess would be no, as they are a very small Avis location and seem to operate on a very local level as opposed to what you would find at an Avis location at a busy airport. They sort of seemed to have their own set of rules and were definitely not as service oriented as some car rental agencies in locations where they have a lot of competition. That being the case, however, they were very efficient and our vehicle was nice, clean and reliable so I really am not complaining. Just an observation.
