FEB, MARCH or NOV Best time for NZ????

We're in the early stages of planning a trip to New Zealand. Weatherwise and critter viewing wise, should we travel in Feb, March or Nov?

Hi, my physiotherapist is from New Zealand, he says the best of the summer weather starts towards the end of Jan and Feb, not sure about the critters!

I would say the best time in Feb. Everyone has gone back to School and the weather is more settled.

Yes, we went over for three weeks in Febuary. North Island lovely days, Bottom of South Island you still need a warm jacket but a lovely time of the year to be over there.

I agree February gives the best chance of good weather.

 

It doesn't really matter, though. NZ is great to visit anytime:)
