Airport Valet ? how early?

Does Carnival have the airport valet service like Royal does, where you pay a fee and for certain airlines they pickup your luggage from ship and you don't see it again until you arrive at home airport?

 

If we have a 8 am shuttle , how early can we get off the ship?

do we have to wait until called or can we walk off at our own pace?

 

worried about getting to shuttle and airport in time

Just off the Valor and they did offer that service. I didn't choose to, so can't help with personal experience.

 

They do offer self debarkation for people such as yourself and those scklepping their own luggage. However, I can say that this appears to be popular and does get slow.

 

Even using this process, I'd be very suprised if you caught your shuttle at 8am.

Sorry OP. My bad. I just assumed (yes :rolleyes: I know what assume means) that you were sailing out of the States.

11:15 is our flight but the shared shuttle is at 8am , the other people have an earlier flight. I know it is 1 1/2 hrs plus to fco, but have no idea how long to get thru security etc. Carnival website says not to book flights earlier than 9:30 am so felt safe at the time of original plans. I am in the second guessing myself stage of planning :)

 

Some are expecting to get off ship earlier.

 

I hate to pay the extra costs for carnival's shuttle.
