However most firms in Tenerife are fine to use. You can negotiate an all day price - 75 Euro's was the going rate last time we went. We visted Pico De Tiede National Park - and took the cable car ride to 11,500 ft above sea level. Then we went down to Los Gigantes on the west coast of the island before heading north and back to port.

Are there any tour companies other than taxis??
