Gluten Allergy and Special Needs

My cousin is going on the cruise with us in November and she has a Gluten Allergy. Does she need to fill out the special needs form for this or is there another form she should complete? Just wanting to make sure everything has been taken care of so she can go and have a great time. :)

She needs to send them an email at specialneeds@carnival.com and they will send her the form to fill out.

 

She needs to tell the Maitre' D and all her waiters when she eats in the Main Dining Room.

 

She also needs to remember to use the same caution that she does any time she eats out at home. She is her own best line of defense.
