drisinger Posted August 19, 2009 #1 Share Posted August 19, 2009 Will the FAMILY SUITE on POA "COMFORTABLY" sleep 5? I would love to hear from a past guest and get input on this (or anyone who has actually seen this cabin category). My family of 5 are not small people.:p Husband and Myself 18 year old son:eek: 16 year old son:eek: 9 year old son:;) Is there really places to put clothes for 5 as well is another concern I have. Once the beds are down is there room to walk past? Is NCL to Hawaii the way to go? Did you love it!!?? POA??? I am a past HAL cruiser and have been told NCL it is not a comparison... but we really want to go island hopping!! We have also cruised Carnival-Mexico and loved that!! So is NCL a resemblance to Carnival?? Oh... maybe too many ?'s, mostly need to know about the FAMILY SUITE first. Your input would be very valuable to have at this point.... We have to make a booking somewhere very soon. Thank You!! DeAnna:):)

Rare ohioNCLcruiser Posted August 20, 2009 #4 Share Posted August 20, 2009 AF and AC Its kinda like comparing apples and oranges.... The AF is a regular cabin the AC is a suite. The floor plan of the AC cabin on NCL.com is very wrong. The cabin is huge. It expands half the front of the ship with a main bed room, living room, long hallway that leads to another large bedroom and bathroom. Its a very nice room. If you don't mind waiting a week or two I might be able to get some photos of it for you. This room comes with a Butler, Concierge, VIP tender passes, you can eat in the steakhouse dining room for free for lunch and breakfast etc. The AF is smaller and comes with none of those perks. If you can afford the AC I would go for it.

Any input on AF's deck 7? Listed as obstructed view. Any idea how bad the view is?
