  1. I simply go to the coffee/tea station and grab two mugs of hot tea...so many flavors! Bring them and a glass of ice to the cabin. Combine and enjoy! 😉 The Apple and Cranberry being my favorite.
  2. I never travel without my bottle of eye drops. 😉
  3. It was indeed a real breath of fresh air when we did Viking last year for a 3 week. Wow...back to what cruising used to be. So happy to have 5 booked for the next couple of years....long cruises...not the short ones. 😉
  4. We already have. 😉 Still have a few RCI cruises to take yet that are booked, but the bulk of our cruise dollars are now going to Viking.
  5. I would love to cruise that line...it's on our wish list. Fell in love with the looks of the Silverseas ship we saw while in Brazil on the WC. Beautiful!
  6. That is how I finally got a real person. I asked him to connect me to the WC desk (my problem being with that cruise). He connected me to a person that had never even heard of the World Cruise. Ughh...typical RCI. ðŸĪŠ
  7. There were 29 of us on Allure this week for the 4 night. Same experience pretty much for us. Did you have Richard (he is new) or Barington for your bartender in the SL? Richard is great, and so funny to listen to him be in awe of the ship and the company. 🙂
  8. Cruising is only one venue for us. We also combine many stays at VRBO rental homes around the country, and have finally sold our last motorhome a couple of years ago, after 16 years of indeed...camping around the country. There is no need for us to travel just one way. And with the RCI cutbacks and trending to "mega theme park" ships....we are booking with others lines. And never say never...that is what I learned. Figuring we would never, ever reach Pinnacle...though now indeed we are "double Pinnacle". 😉
  9. LOL....as far as RCI seems to be not concerned any longer with their long time cruisers....I am pretty much considered as a first cruiser with them. Errr...actually maybe first cruisers get more attention versus the "Loyal Royals" now....hmmmm..... ðŸĪ” 😉 😄 D+ and Pinnacle used to have a loyalty number to access an agent...just by pressing "9" when we call in...but that is just one more thing RCI has eliminated. Now it's just heartless robots, and even less knowledgeable live agents. Uggg... ðŸ˜Ą
  10. Oooh...you such a bad dog...that is why we adore you so much!! 😄 😄
  11. Yup, welcome to the RCI....we don't care about your loyalty program. 😄
  12. Bottom line....RCI no longer cares for it's loyal members. Bye...bye Royal. There are other lines out there that will welcome our money. 😉
  13. Being Pinnacle AND in a JS cabin on Allure (disembarked yesterday)....I still had to make reservations day by day. And no guarantees on availability. Was unable to book a full suite on this sold out cruise. Though we were keyed in (being an "allowed on this sailing" Pinnacle), which was a nice for going up early for my coffee in the SL. If I were not keyed in, I would not even try for CK or entry in the SL on Oasis class...not worth it.
