I don't have answers for the drop off info but upon your return you might consider a ship transfer that would take your luggage the last night of the cruise and you wouldn't have to deal with it again until you get dropped off at the airport. If easier, you could then go get the car while your husband waited with the luggage at the terminal.

We used Delta Cruises to book and they called Princess to add the transfer. Delta could not see it as an option in their own booking software. It was $118 for the 2 of us on May 18. I would call Costco back and ask them to call Princess to add your transfer. We have used Costco for other cruise lines before and they have always been happy to call, as is their job.

We took the ferry to Haines ourselves and once you get off the boat there is NOTHING close. We walked a ways and hit a brewery then came across a taxi service who said he'd pick us up at a restaurant at a certain time. He never showed up and we had to quickly trek back to the ferry. The town itself was quite sparse. I'd make sure you have pre-arranged transportation to the sights you'd like to see ahead of time.

We received iHealth when the US government sent them out. They have the option to register for online monitoring for around $20-25. The free Binax don't have that option. BUT our iHealth expire in June so you may need to check that - while double checking online as some tests recently had the expiration dates extended.
