Wine-O Posted September 15, 2013 #4 Share Posted September 15, 2013 Hi Everyone,Trying to decide between SV 7311(aft) or C2 stateroom 1044. Any advice? Thanks, Lyn and Bill 1044 has a huge balcony with the bed by the balcony and is up forward, close to the forward elevators. 7311 has a standard balcony with the bed by the bath. If you have mobility issues, it's a long way to the mid-ship elevators. Most of the activities (Lawn Club, Sunset Bar, Dining, Martini Bar) all center around the mid-ship elevators, so if you have a stateroom up forward, you will still have a nice stroll to get to those activities. Some folks like to be back aft, overlooking the wake, so it's a crap shoot once you get all the information. Another thing to consider is the extra cruise credit for CC. You are right on with all your comments. Even though we are Elite we are thinking maybe we should start going CC for the extra credits. Somehow, someday, Celebrity is probably going to have Elite plus (like RCI). We like the huge balcony and am not sure about aft balcony on this ship.
