tomkc1 Posted May 28, 2013 #1 Share Posted May 28, 2013 Its time for a letter to Carnival. I'm not a happy camper (cruiser). I need to know who the Passenger relations director is and to which address I should mail a letter to this person. I did a search on this forum for the information but couldn't find it although it probably is here somewhere. Thanks for any help you can provide. tomkc1 Posted May 29, 2013 Author #2 Share Posted May 29, 2013 Trying to keep the thread "alive". I know someone has the answer as to who is in charge of customer relations. I don't want to send an email and want to address my letter to a specific person. I can't seem to find the info I need on the internet. Help, please. KenMo Posted May 29, 2013 #3 Share Posted May 29, 2013 I googled around and I believe the VP of Guest Services is Vickey Rey. So the email would be vrey@carnival.com. Or you could send snail mail to the corporate address attn. Vickey Rey. I hope it works.
patchofheaven Posted May 29, 2013 #4 Share Posted May 29, 2013 If I have concerns or questions about something that my PVP can't help - I generally contact John Heald (Senior Cruise Director of all ships) he is also on Facebook John is really good about answering questions and helping customers :)
tomkc1 Posted May 29, 2013 Author #5 Share Posted May 29, 2013 Thank you both very much for your help. I think I'll try John first and if I don't get a response I'll use the old fashioned approach, send a letter. Thanks again. Tom

Vickey is the right person.
