It would also be helpful if you define what "best" means to you. It means many different things to other people.

An inside cabin is an inside cabin...pick a deck closest to where you'll spend most of you DAYTIME hours....more convenient!

Not true. I have stayed in some very unique inside cabins, but you have to find them and book early.

We stay in the Promenade state rooms which or bigger than regular balcony rooms and you have a window to see whats happening in the promenade!
