Taxi vs Uber from Baltimore port to BWI

Need a quick and reliable transport from Baltimore port to BWI around 7:30AM. Was wondering if there was a taxi stand at the port or if I should call for one before disembarking ship? I prefer using Ubers but not sure how many Ubers will be on the road around that time.

There probably is a taxi stand. I have yet to see a cruise port without a taxi stand.Uber might not permission to access the cruise port.

Plenty of cabs in front of the terminal
