Tampa car rental shuttle from port?

Do any of the car rental companies have shuttles at the port in Tampa?

There is an alamo at the Westin on Harbor Island that runs a free shuttle to and from the port. Only about a 5 minute ride.

Both Hertz and Avis have locations in hotels within a few blocks of the port and I am positive I saw an Enterprise van picking some cruisers up the last time we cruised from Tampa.

If you get a better deal renting at the airport, the TPA airport is only a $25 cab ride from the port.
