Dirtmaker66 Posted June 27, 2017 #1 Share Posted June 27, 2017 First time Cruiser. R123 is the room I selected. I know the deck above are rooms and the deck below is crew quarters. What noises if any can be expected from the crew quarters below?
Rare Essiesmom Posted June 30, 2017 #2 Share Posted June 30, 2017 Just because you are on the lowest passenger deck does not mean that the deck below is crew cabins. They might well be further forward or aft. But the deck below is usually called I-95, because it is where the supplies are loaded and stores, and there is a long corridor running the length of the ship. It also might house crew mess. I would be more concerned that it is a connecting cabin with R127, a cabin for 3. There will be a connecting door in the wall between the cabins and sometimes noise can leak through, depending on how noisy your neighbors are. SadieN Posted July 16, 2017 #3 Share Posted July 16, 2017 Only time we've heard anything was at embark and debark, during loading of luggage and supplies. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
