From the cruise terminal, you can easily reach the Hard Rock by taking tram 26 (tram stop is across the street from the Movenpick - just a 3 minute walk from the cruise terminal to tram 26) to Centraal Station & from Centraal Station, take tram 2 (7 stops) to Leidseplein (it is only a 5 minute walk to the cafe from the Leidseplein tram stop). I assume someone in your group must collect the pins. :)

The Hard Rock is only a 5 minute walk from the Rijksmuseum.

Yes I collect the pins and have them from all over the world, most when I have been on cruises.

Do you know the name of the cruise terminal as I have not been to Amsterdam on a cruise before and was wondering if it is in walking distance from there or not? I am in a wheelchair and have someone who will push me, sometimes it is easier than getting on and of public transport.

TIA

It is the "Passenger Terminal Amsterdam". It is located on the IJ, just east of Centraal Station. Use Google Maps and input Passenger Terminal Amsterdam to Hard Rock Cafe. The distance by foot is 3.6 km and it takes about 45 minutes to reach the HRC - I think that may be a long walk for someone pushing a wheelchair. However, the terrain is pretty flat.

Most of the trams are wheelchair accessible. Info here: https://wheelchairtravel.org/amsterdam/public-transportation/
