What is an appropriate time frame to hear back from the special needs department? I emailed them 14 days ago and no response. Should I wait a little longer or email them again?

A fan in the room for a B2B2B. I understand they are limited.

Two weeks seems a bit long to me, but having never used them I have no frame of reference.

I emailed them, got an automated reply and heard back from the SN department on Monday. I'd definitely email them again as 2 weeks is too long.

I always complete the On-Line Special Needs Form and get an immediate confirmation. Type your request for a fan in the section marked "other" towards the bottom of the form regardless that it's in the dietary section or You can send attachment as noted on on-line form. Got my request taken care of immediately by calling (866) 592-7225.
