mlbcruiser Posted February 16, 2017 #1 Share Posted February 16, 2017 We have cruised a lot in the past but never on Celestyl and certainly never to Cuba. In past cruises on other lines, usually in the paperwork it was stated that boarding began at 1 PM or sometimes noon. However, boarding always started at least an hour or hour and a half before that. Wondering what the case will be in Jamaica? I am hoping some of you that have sailed from there with this line can tell me. Thanks.
Staci0615 Posted February 16, 2017 #2 Share Posted February 16, 2017 Our flight landed in Montego Bay at 12:30 with a 30 min cab ride we were on the ship by 2 with enough time to get lunch. Check in was extremely easy with no lines and just a few check points. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Wanderlost Posted February 17, 2017 #3 Share Posted February 17, 2017 Just got off the ship, headed home to Florida. We boarded about 2pm also but I would think we could have boarded earlier if our flight had arrived sooner. Review to follow when we get home. This cruise far exceeded our expectations. AnJ Posted February 17, 2017 #4 Share Posted February 17, 2017 We also got off this morning and waiting for our flight back to JFK. We were able to board last Friday at about 11:30. It was the easiest boarding process I have ever experienced, no line, no hassle. When we got onboard we were directed to our cabin and the luggage was outside our door waiting for us. We then went up to the lunch buffet. :D

mlbcruiser Posted March 15, 2017 Author #6 Share Posted March 15, 2017 Anj, I can answer that question myself now. We were actually on the ship by about 11:15 or so. Cabin was already ready. As with you, probably the easiest boarding we've ever experienced out of 40+cruises. ( Like Staci, I, plan to do a review as well eventually.)
