Well - "best" is subjective. IMHO, the most hassle-free & cost-effective means would be the train. Journey takes about an hour. Plenty of trains daily - you can find a time that best suits you. Price is currently €19.20 r/t (just checked prices for December as I don't know when you are traveling).

If money is no factor, a taxi can be booked.

Be sure to find out current Casino dress requirements. Many have not been let in in years past.
