Getting Around St Thomas

What is the best and cheapest way to get around St Thomas? We want to go to Coral World and then back to Charlotte Amelia (possibly to Magic Ice) and then back to the ship docks. Do they have a bus system? Are the taxis reasonable and are they available outside of Coral World?

We took the taxi to Coral World, stayed a couple hours and went over to Coki beach for a while. One nice thing about Coral World is they have lockers and showers. We left our stuff in the locker while we went to the beach and went back for a shower. We found a taxi right outside with no wait. He took us to Magic Ice. I don't remember the taxi rates but seems like it was $10 per person (or a little less) each way. We got another taxi to take us back to the ship. We found taxis to be our biggest expense off the ship on all the islands.

Using taxis will be your best and easiest option. ;)
