RCCL Oasis - Chef's Table

I will be traveling with a group of 15 on May 17th sailing on Oasis. We have done the Chef's table on a past cruise and would love to do it again for this cruise. This is our first time on Oasis and I understand that because of its size we need to basically plan everything down to shows, specialty dining, etc.. Does anyone know how I can find out what night the chef's table is and also when formal nights are.
