Somewhere to watch the sunset

Hi! I will be in San Juan in Feb on a Saturday from 3-9pm. My husband and I plan on touring one of the forts. Afterwards I would like to walk somewhere to watch the sunset. Does anyone have any recommendations on where I could go that has good views of the sunset and is safe to be after dark?

Old San Juan is very active at night, so you should be safe no matter where you go.

I would go to a rooftop bar or restaurant. St Germaine now has one. I wanted to go my last trip to PR, but couldn't squeeze it in.

There's another, but can't remember name. Will post again when it comes to me.

We enjoy strolling along the Paseo la Princesa in the evenings. Depending on the time of year, the sunsets can be beautiful. Here's one from July:

Thanks for the great suggestions! I think we will go to one of the forts then walk around paseo de la princesa for a bit then stop for a bite to eat at st Germaine then head back to the ship.

St Germaine is close to El Morro so it may be more efficient to do fort, El Morro and then Paseo Princessa.

We love to be at El Morrow at sunset. Very safe.
