NCL Escape 1/30/16- Hotel?

Hi Everyone!

My husband and I are celebrating our 40th Anniversary on the Escape 1/30/16. We live in Chicago and are coming in a day early.

Any recommendations for hotels near the port? Please no $$$$.

Also, is anyone coming in from Ft. Lauderdale airport? If so how are you getting into Miami.

Any help will be appreciated.
