Can we change the names of both guest in the cabin?

We have 2 cabins booked for our November cruise. Due to a hip surgery my MIL and her roommate will not be able to make it We know another couple who is interested in taking their place. Are we able to change both names or do we need to cancel and rebook?

One name has to remain on the original booking. You can't change both.

So your MIL and her roommate have to cancel and the other couple will have to make a totally new booking at the current prevailing rates and promotions.

Ok thanks.. I was hoping I wouldn't have to cancel because we booked this almost a year ago and we got a great rate. The rates now are almost doubled.

It will cost you under ER.

Changing both names is removing the person who booked. It is cancelling a booking.
