Fort Lauderdale Disembarking How Much TIme...

teaser

Recommended Posts

...do I need to get to Fort Lauderdale airport? In other words when I get off at the Fort Lauderdale port what is the earliest flight that I can take that I would not have to worry about missing it?

If it matters I will be cruising on the Liberty August 26th disembarking on September 1.

Thanks

Not sure why no one answered this. Someone has to know. I am curious also but I already booked my flight out of FLL and it leaves at 11:55. I assume that will be plenty of time. My TA said no earlier than 12 but I have read on here where people fly out earlier than that . Maybe someone will respond.

I don't think you can find a airport any closes to the port than Ft Lauderdale is. Its only 5 minutes away. Also FLL is pretty easy to navigate. It all depends on immigration. I have been off ships by 7 AM and then I have been stuck till 10:30. Granted that was only once in 19 cruises but it did happen. I do believe a 10 AM flight is possible but risky. I fell any thing around noon would be more than safe.

Hope this helps
