What is your experience with Wingz in Seattle?

I've read about Uber, Lyft, and Wingz...both on their websites and on CC.

I'm actually leaning toward Wingz and wondering if anyone has had personal experience using them and what the pros/cons of that/those experiences were.

I've used them in Seattle. The pros are you know the driver and the car before your pickup, also you can reserve in advance and make changes if need be. No real downside, it worked out well.
