Royal App going away

I went to update my Apps on my iPad today - the Royal App - "Unfortunately, this Royal Caribbean App is being retired and will no longer be supported. Make sure to visit our mobile experience on RoyalCaribbean.com to book your next adventure and stay informed when you are on the go."

IMHO - their App was not as good as it could have been. But then again, the website also has its white screen moments... don't know of too many major companies without an App.

I had the same message on my app today as well. Very strange that a huge consumer company like this would not have an app. Wonder if they are working on some sort of replacement

Maybe there is a plan to integrate the main apps functions into Royal IQ, meaning only one app for the company

Sorry to go off topic, we saw Andy, as usually, he was so good, he had the casino rocking :D, even some of the dealers were grooving to his singing. Unfortunately he has a prior commitment every NYE, somewhere closer to his home. DH did speak to him today and Andy said he would send us a list of other RCI ships he will be performing on. I'll keep you updated once we hear back from him, all the best to you :)

I wasn't on yesterday....so I missed it. Came back Tuesday from our Jewel med cruise and trying to catch up with with land life...(and laundry..)

I finally found that if I need to get RCI cruise info on my Samsung smartphone it works great opening the regular website using the native browser on my Samsung. I use Chrome primarily but Chrome and the RCI website just don't play well together. No more blank white screens.
