lulu99 Posted July 16, 2014 #1 Share Posted July 16, 2014 we will be cruising to bermuda in august, with our 2 daughters ages 18 and 20. we would like to visit the beaches during the day, but could anyone recommend some fun things to do at night? are there any clubs/restaurants we would all enjoy? how about tours etc? do they run in the evening? sebas030 Posted July 17, 2014 #7 Share Posted July 17, 2014 Just be sure to check the last bus or ferry going back to Dockyard when going out. Or prepare to spend about 50$ on a taxi from Hamilton !
blue_water Posted July 18, 2014 #8 Share Posted July 18, 2014 (edited) Definitely make plans to go to Henry VIII for happy hour and dinner, one of the most fun spots on the island. The girls can't drink but they will definitely have fun there. If you are lucky you'll catch Randy Lambert and his band Tempo. Excellent, accomplished musician who sings Harry Belefonte to today. The last bus returns from Hamilton to the port around 11PM (check schedule) or a taxi isn't too bad from there. For a really enjoyable evening have dinner at Coconuts overlooking the beach at the Reef Resort followed by Randy in the lounge on Thurs. But book a table well in advance. An evening in Hamilton is also fun, we enjoy walking the streets and then pizzas at the Pickled Onion on their balcony overlooking the waterfront.
