Grocery store closest to La Quinta Airport FLL

I know the hotel is adjacent to the oakwood plaze, which has a lot of stores, but is there a grocery store or any store nearby to purchase wine to take onboard the ship. How bout the best restaraunt nearby? Will be there this weekend 12/6

The kmart in the plaza sells wine and beer. Not sure how good of selection, but know they do sell it.

Other than that, I did not see an actual grocery store in the shopping area.

I like the Ale House in Oakwood Plaza. It is a casual sportsbar/restaurant. The Ale House restaurants are very popular among locals and have a wide variety menu. I believe all of the restaurants in the plaza are casual/family style dining.

I agree with Royal, we stayed at the LQ in January and went to the Ale House three times :) They also offer a great ladies night! The food was good and reasonable

There is no grocery store in the area, but we did get wine from the KMart and a few snacks to bring on. Not the best selection but good enough
