Beach recommendations for 2yr olds

I'm traveling with my family, (I have two year old twins), this summer looking for a calm beach near the pier with shade/umbrellas and facilities. Any recommendations are most welcomed.

Vigie Beach is best bet. Right near port, $10-12 taxi ride one way, restaurant and bars with local food and drinks, expect around $2us for beer, $3us maybe for rum and Coke or the like.. Sandy Beach, calm swimming waters, lots of shade, etc
