Swim w/ turtles w/ toddlers?

Am I nuts to think we could do this with my two and four year old?

Both are little fishes and we would go with their life jackets on. They are obsessed with turtles. I assume if they had goggles on and could swim atop the water they could see the turtles?

For those who have done this or have researched this, what do you think?

Also, is this an all day affair, or do you swim with the turtles and then still have time to go to a beach?

In my opinion, toddlers are too young for swimming with the turtles if it is a catamaran excursion. I have done it a few times and there are usually several boats and lots of people swimming in the same area in deep water. It might be better to see if you can find a glass bottom boat trip to see the turtles or wait until they are older.
