Beverage package for all in cabin but what if our 12 year old is with us?

Hi all-

We are looking at the beverage packages. I understand everyone in the room needs to buy the same package. What about our DS who is 12. He obviously won't be drinking alcohol but would like some of the fun nonalcoholic drinks. Does HAL allow a child to purchase the Quench beverage package while us, the parents get the Signature of Elite?

Yes to both, all of drinking age in the cabin must purchase the package but the youngster can purchase the soda package.

You don't have to take a beverage package for your youngster.

No, of course HAL will not, (cannot) requrie a child purchase the beverage package. They cannot, do not and will not serve alcohol to the child .......... The requirement is for all guests in the cabin who are of legal drinking age.
