Any way to get on board credit back as cash with Royal Caribbean?

You can get 95% of it back by going to the casino and asking for a cash advance. They will charge you 5% for that.

If it's OBC from cashing in points from the RCCL BofA credit card, any of that unused OBC will be credited back to your CC balance. I just did that with $400 on a cruise in March. Or as others have said, take out money against your room charge account OBC at the casino minus 5%.

Some other OBCs may not be refundable so use them up or charge for cash in the casino.

Just ask at the service desk, they will tell you what OBC is refundable, I did so just to make sure on the last evening.

If it's from others than RCI, they will send you a check for the full amount you don't spend. If RCI is giving you OBC, then it's NON-refundable...and you will need to spend it. You can use it for tips, or anything that is charged to your account.
