Address for Genoa cruise port

Does anyone know exactly where the Sinfonia docks in Genoa? I am trying to determine if we can walk from the Holiday Inn Genoa City to the port or if we will have to take a taxi. Same question for going to the train station on the return. Do we go to Principe or Brignole? Thanks.

In theory it's walkable from the Holiday Inn but you have to cross and walk along a very busy intercity expressway. If you have bags it wlll be difficult. Better a taxi from the hotel to the cruise terminal (around 20 euros if I recall). The port of Genoa is very extensive - the area in front of the HI is only for ferries while the MSC terminal is further to the east. To the Principe train station it's easy because the station is just across a couple streets from the terminal.
