St Croix on a Sunday

My husband and I will be visiting St Croix for the first time on a Sunday in November aboard the Celebrity Summit. Have never visited St Croix debating the Celebrity excursions to the Palm Bay hotel or Hotel on the Cay or a snorkel excursion on either Big Beard or Caribean Sea. Will shops be open on a Sunday? Any input appreciated:)

Big Beard snorkeling at Buck Island is the way to go!! Plenty of places are open whenever a ship is in town, everything you'll want to do will be open.
