Navigator Spa ?

I saw a nice picture of a big hot tub in the Spa on the Navigator. Can you go into the spa and use the hot tub there without paying for a spa service?

the hot tubs close at like 10 pm for cleaning.

sauna/showers and hot tub in the spa are not open until the staff gets there at like 830/9 am. the reg ones will be available earlier(sunrise) the gym will be open at 530/6 am

DH said the hot tub in the spa did not have seats all the way around, and was handles the rest of the way.. not a true hot tub at all.

the two in the Solarium are plenty big and were rarely crowded.
